The brushless DC motor uses Hall components as the position sensor to replace the commutator and brush part of the brushed DC motor, and replaces the mechanical commutation with electronic commutation. Electromagnetic interference, high noise, and loss of brushes also cause poor reliability of the motor. In order to overcome the shortcomings of mechanical commutation, brushless motors emerge as the times require.

1. The electronic drive controller is used to realize electronic commutation instead of mechanical contact commutation. There is no electrical contact spark and wear of brushes and commutators, and the electromagnetic interference is small. It can work at high speed and the motor runs.
The operation is stable, the service life is up to 10,000 hours, and the working reliability is high.

2. On the motor structure, the stator is in contact with the casing, the heat dissipation area is large, and the heat dissipation effect is good. The rotor is made of rare earth neodymium.

3. The electronic circuit is separated from the motor body to achieve good control of the motor. By changing the sequence of logic signals, the forward/reverse rotation of the motor is realized. By changing the duty ratio of the PWM of the logic part, the speed control of the motor is realized. The speed closed loop can be realized, so that the motor can run stably at a certain speed.
